GTA 6 launches on November 19, 2026 for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S, and pre-orders are open now. Here is the price of each edition, what the pre-order bonus includes and when you can pre-load.
GTA 6 price and editions
| Edition | US price | What you get |
|---|---|---|
| Standard Edition | $79.99 | The base game |
| Ultimate Edition | $99.99 | The game plus extra vehicles, weapons, outfits and more tied to Jason and Lucia’s story |
You can upgrade from Standard to Ultimate after launch, so you don’t need to decide on day one.
Pre-order bonus: Vintage Vice City Pack
Every pre-order includes the Vintage Vice City Pack: a 1955 Vapid Stanier sedan with a garage, outfits and hairstyles for Jason and Lucia, and a tropical weapon pattern. Digital pre-orders on the PlayStation Store or Microsoft Store also include one free month of GTA+, which renews at the normal price unless you cancel it.
Pre-load date: November 12
Digital pre-orders can start downloading on November 12, 2026, a week before launch, so you can play the moment the game unlocks.
Physical copies don’t include a disc
The physical edition comes with a download code inside the box, not a disc. It goes on sale November 12 so you can pre-load too. If you want a disc for collecting or reselling, know this before you buy.
Which edition should you get?
- Standard if you mainly care about the story — you can upgrade later.
- Ultimate if you want the extra vehicles and gear from the start.
- Digital if you want the free GTA+ month and the simplest pre-load.
